Vladimir Mischouk is the winner of the Silver medal at the Tchaikovsky International Piano Competition and the winner of the All-Russian Pianist Competition. He is an acclaimed concert pianist and a professor at St. Petersburg State Conservatory. Two years ago he performed Piano Concerto No 1 by Tchaikovsky with ERSO and the conductor Olari Elts. The sold-out concerts in Tallinn and Helsinki were received very warmly by the audience.

Russian music will be performed also this time – virtuoso Piano Concerto No 3 by Sergei Prokofiev. In the second half of the concert the audience will hear Ludwig van Beethoven’s famous Symphony No 5. ERSO will be conducted by its’ Principal Conductor Nikolai Alexeev.
