1st round: One classical concerto of the competitor’s own choice:
Karl Ditters von Dittersdorf – Double Bass Concerto in E Major, 1st movement (with cadenza by Gruber)
Jean Baptiste Vanhal – Double Bass Concerto in D Major, 1st movement (with cadenza)
Johann Mathias Sperger – Double Bass Concerto No 15, 1st movement (with cadenza)
2nd round: One romantic concerto of the competitor’s own choice:
Serge Koussevitzky – Double Bass Concerto in F sharp Minor, 1st & 2nd movements
Giovanni Bottesini – Double Bass Concerto No 2 in B Minor, 1st & 2nd movements
Eduard Tubin – Double Bass Concerto, 1st & 2nd movements (with cadenza)
3rd round: Orchestral parts

Audition will take place on June 17 at 10 a.m. (co-principal viola), on June 17 at 12 p.m. (co-principal double bass) 2013, and on June 18 at 10 a.m. (I and II violin) at Estonia Concert Hall, Tallinn.
Deadline for application** and CV-s is June 3, 2013.

*Orhestral parts will be announced two weeks before the audition.

** In your application please be sure to indicate which works from the selection will be in your programme.

Further information
The competition (all rounds) will take place during the course of one day. Only live performances are possible. ERSO will not supply participants with visa invitations and will not pay travelling costs incurred by competitors.
