On Jan 27, 2006 it will be 250 years since Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born. The year 2006 will see a series of concerts dedicated to him. The first of “Mozart 250: Mozart & Randalu” will give an exciting overview of the works of the European grand master in music.

“I had an experience when I was 7 that had a profound influence on my life. It was then that I heard Mozart’s "Eine kleine Nachtmusik" for the first time. I was shaken by this music’s beauty and perfection. That was the beginning of an everlasting love that has only grown in years.

During my studies I learned his piano works as well as operas, quartets, symphonies, chamber music. As of today I have played most of Mozart’s 27 piano concertos and much chamber music. Time and again I discover something new in his works.”
