On Oct 6, 2007, Paul Badura-Skoda, one of the most important pianists of our time, becomes 80. He has performed in many world famous concert halls and for years he has been the pianist who has released the most recordings (200 LPs and numerous CDs). He has collaborated with such renowned conductors as Wilhelm Furtwängler, Herbert von Karajan, Karl Böhm, Lorin Maazel, Zubin Mehta, Sir Georg Solti, Kent Nagano, John Eliot Gardiner and many others. Despite of his age Paul Badura-Skoda is still giving brilliant concerts, the concert in Tallinn is part of his jubilee world tour.
