ERSO is happy to host once again the American star violinist Sarah
Chang, particularly for the pleasure of those who were not able to attend when she played to a capacity crowd a year ago. Yehudi Menuhin has considered the American violinist with Korean roots who became known as a child prodigy the most wonderful violinist he has ever heard. Now, at the age of 28, Sarah Chang would like to leave the image of the child prodigy behind. This time she will treat the Estonian audience to one of the most beautiful pieces of the violin repertoire – Felix Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto. She has played it with many orchestras of world renown, including the New York Philharmonic conducted by Kurt Masur in Avery Fisher Hall when Sarah Chang was 14.
Tickets: 180.-, 120.- (70.-)
